We stand behind every product we sell. If you purchase any Ascent Assets product and are not satisfied within 30 days of your purchase date, we will issue you a full refund. No questions asked.
We believe in what we've built. If it doesn't work for you, you shouldn't pay for it.
How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@ascentassets.com with your order number and the subject line "Refund Request".

We confirm within 24 hours
We'll reply confirming your refund has been processed. No interrogation, no forms to fill out.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card provider.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be submitted within 30 days of your original purchase date
- Your order must be placed directly through ascentassets.com
You do not need to provide a reason. You do not need to prove you tried the product. We trust you.
Exceptions
- Refunds requested after 30 days from the purchase date
- Products purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers
- Accounts that have requested refunds more than twice (abuse of the policy)
Chargebacks
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks to resolve and cost both parties time and money. We've never denied a legitimate refund request — just email us first.
